It details how to enjoy a healthy, physically vibrant life ...

Well, most of us want to give staying young a try, and this book certainly spells out how to achieve that. I've always thought that desiring to stay 'looking' young is a little depressing, but focusing on maintaining a youthful quality of life by keeping our physical bodies in tune will definitely keep us feeling young for as long as physically possible. Roizen and Oz certainly know their stuff, and I thoroughly enjoyed this read.

This is one of the better books that I have read and it really challenges you to think differently about your body; how each system runs, how they interact and how they can be maximized. At best this book will help you live a better, more productive life. At worst it's a very intriguing read! And now I'm going back to read one of my favorites "Understanding: Train of Thought".

Part II is the plan to extend your warranty. Here you have a list of daily things to do which include such things as flossing, ...

First thing I noticed is the price difference. While Amazon discounted prices are not much different, I did not realize that up until now, and I paid the full cover price in my bookstore (Buyer beware!) "You: Staying Young" is over 400 pages thick but with ...
