Editorial Review:Amazon.co.uk Review:This step workout is broken into three segments for different levels of stamina and complexity. You can do just level 1 (12 minutes) or continue through level 2, for 22 minutes, or through level 3, for 32 minutes. Within each segment, Keli Roberts's assistants demonstrate different intensities, so you can work at your own pace as you build endurance. Roberts instructs well, with plenty of safety and alignment tips, and she repeats the combinations enough for you to get them. But the camera has an annoying habit of changing angles when she first introduces a new pattern, which is just when you want to keep watching her feet. Advanced exercisers will add some propulsion moves, such as jumping onto the step. After the step workout and stretch, you get eight minutes of killer abdominals, and finally a calming, guided relaxation. Roberts is a celebrity trainer and you can see why from the professional way she instructs this video--and from the to-die-for body that must motivate her clients! --

Keli Roberts was the trainer in Cher's fitness videos (A New Attitude - Great, and Body Confidence - not so great). I've had this video for years and alternated between Cher, Kathy Smith and this one. It is quite challenging and I had to work up to be able to finish it. It's not that it is overly difficult but the moves are a little more challenging and there are less cool downs than in the Cher step section. I think it is good for beginners but will also suit the more intermediate/advanced. ...

This is another great workout with the best instructor out there... Keli Roberts has made a step-workout that is rather easy when it comes to the choreography, yet enough variation so you don't get bored, and you can give that little extra when/if you have some strength left at the end! Keli has such pleasant manners and voice - and tons of knowledge, doesn't chat and "disturb" you all the time - like so many other instructors do. This is a absolutely a must-have in your step collection!

The step workout is great in itself and Kelly is really good and friendly. But I think that almost the best thing about this tape is the abdominals workout at the end - it really WORKS!! and is also easy on your lower back because you have your legs draped over the step most of the time. It's the only abdominal workout I have ever actively enjoyed.
For days when you don't just want a cardio workout but want to get the tum flattened as well, pick this one!

I bought this video years ago and I love it. I've used it so many times I've worn it out and I am buying it again! No other workout video has inspired me like this one.

I love this one. I own lots and losts of step videos but this one is really the best one of the lot.
This starts with a great warm up, carries on through quite a gruelling step cardio section with interesting but not too difficult coreography, then there is the awesome abs section and at the end is the best bit: the relax section. This is really great for relieving stress. Keli's friendly voice guides you through and you really feel relaxed at the end.
But take note this is quite challenging ...
