Rating: - Actually not that bad, even though it's the 4th sequel
OK, call me mad and insane but the plot didnt actually play that bad, you'd think after the 3rd sequel they'd just give up but this whole 'midnight caller' idea doesn't go along too harshly.

If you're bored and this is on the box, give it a try, if you're not stick on mi-2 or black rain.

But nice idea (never really liked the first one, too hyped).

Rating: - 3 Psycho films too many ?
To have a 4th film in a franchise is often seen as pointless because of the ideas running out, and the plot seemingly running thin, just look at films like Nightmare On Elm Street, and Friday The 13th ..they turned their evil villains into comedy characters!
