I have seen many instructional videos in my time but I have seldom seen such good production values. From the opening shots of Dr Lam demonstrating the form by (I presume) Sydney Harbour to the closing titles, everything is well shot and well lit and the sound is of the utmost quality, sadly not always the case with this type of video.
