I do enjoy Tae Bo, however I recently got a little bored with the Tae Bo videos I had but felt inspired to do some more as the results you get from Tae Bo (IF you keep doing the tapes!!) are second to none! Follow the moves of the usual gang and lose weight. This is a fast paced, great workout which is similar to Get Ripped, but at the same time, having different routines included. I find it quite amusing to see the girls going from their places in the back in earlier releases, to the front row as the series progresses. I love taebo in general but this is one of the overall best tapes for the fact it keeps me coming back for more, the music is great and you really do feel alive when doing this workout, Ive seen great changes with this video and think its great the way Billy pretends hes in ur living room instructing you as well as the others...
