Rating: - Easy and relaxing
As a yoga novice, I've found this video very useful. It has really helped me do yoga at home during my pregnancy. The exercises are demonstrated by a heavily pregnant woman and the whole tone is very encouraging. There were a couple of things I found difficult but there is a strong message about only doing what feels comfortable so I simply miss these out. There is a lovely relaxation exercise at the end which would be worth the price on its own.

Rating: - I love this tape
This tape has been an absolute lifesaver. My pregnancy has been so much more enjoyable since I started doing Wendy's exercises on a regular basis. She has a great "way" with her - she is compassionate, nurturing, and clearly very expert in this area. She gives good advice and makes me feel in control of my own body. Highly recommended.
