I am 13 years old, and i had a weight problem. My mum got me this video and i have lost a nice bit of weight!! I love dancing so this video was just right for me!! so go for it!!!!!!!!!!

As someone who is trying to get fit I find this ideal. This is a fun routine and easily adaptable for the unfit. The countdown is also great as you know how long you've still to go. The music could be a bit louder and better known though.

Its much too repeatative to keep my interest going to finish the tape. Also Rosemary just doesnt seem to be able to shake the hips to do the Salsa. The exercises are 5 or 6 which are combined time & again to stretch to an hour.

I was always the one in the class going to the left when everyone else was going to the right, so other "dance" videos I've tried have left me standing, and out of sheer frustration I've stopped doing them because I can't keep up. This one is different. Someone wanting a more challenging session may get frustrated, but this is ideal for me - it makes me breathless but not exhausted, and after one or two tries I found the steps easy to follow. This DVD is great fun and the routines are relatively easy to pick up after just a few attempts. Once you move onto the higher level and combine the second and third routines you feel as though you've done a 'proper' workout! Gets a bit samey after a while but it's definitely worth a look at - I alternate this with other exercise.
