Don't be put off by the negative comments on this product. From what I've seen here and elsewhere you either love it or hate it. I'm in the former category. If you're a small business or not for profit organisaton wanting a fairly simple but professional looking site, I don't think you'll do better. I have friends using FrontPage who have seen what I produced and were stunned to find that I had spent about a quarter of what they had paid. This web editor is pretty good. I write sites for a living and I find myself using this more and more. I use Dreamweaver for large sites but for small business this has everything I need. Yes there is an error on the registration number but its easy to work out. I registered without any hitches and have recieved good backup from Namo. I think people who have given this a poor review have either the wrong expextations or something wrong with their PC;s as its never crashed on me. All in all a poormans ...

I bought this software because I wanted my own website, but didn't want to pay a web designer every time I wanted to make a change to the website. I'd used Namo 4.5 for several years and found it to be an easy-to-use and reliable application. However, there were a couple of things that 4.5 couldn't do, so I decided to upgrade to version 6.
This was a BIG mistake. Firstly, the application didn't install because the serial number was incorrect. The serial number read 16202-xxxxx when it SHOULD have read 160202-xxxxx thanks to an error by the UK distributor. But, it got worse.
Selecting and changing the formatting of a group of links ...

If you have a small business or website and you don't have tons of cash or a team of web developers that understand Content Management Systems, then Namo Web Editor is just the thing!
It may have it's niggles (such as crashes and the like) but for the money and ease-of-use, it knocks spots off of DreamWeaver, FrontPage and many others.
If you're a beginner, it will also help you to get started through a thorough manual and intuitive WYSIWYG menu system.
Amazon do a great price ...
