Rating: - Not satisfactory at all
I bought one of these and I am sorry to say I found it difficult to use, prone to leaks and the end product did not resemble a true cappuccino coffee. I persisted with it for some time, but to get a passable result it was necessary to have it meticulously clean, as even one grain of coffee on the seal led to it leaking and extinguishing the gas flame. Rating: - Too much palaver.
This does make a lovely cup of coffee, BUT it is a palaver. It takes as long to set up the machine, then to clean it and reassemble it afterwards as it does to drink the coffee.
Another problem is that it is difficult to screw together tightly enough to prevent leaks. Sometimes I do it enough, but not always, so I have to stand by with a dishcloth to catch the drips in case it does leak. This is bad design. Rating: - prone to problems
I received this as a gift from an Italian friend.

The coffee maker was great fun while it worked.
It stopped working and it turns out that she knew several friends with the same problem with their machines. I have to say, I haven't explored getting it fixed with the guarantee etc.
I can't recommend it.

Rating: - Bring back the old valve - please!
I first got a cow mukka a few years ago, and it was wonderful. The most amazing, frothy, perfect latte you could get outside of a coffee shop, with very little effort. Sadly, hubby left the plastic valve on the gas hob, and it got melted. I managed to track down a replacement, but it didn't seem right - different shape with an extra sleeve to it. It made horrible dreadful coffee, and I cried. So much so, that hubby bought a whole new Mukka for me in the hopes it would have the correct valve, but ... Read More

Rating: - Great, for a while, then the problems start...
This is a wonderful product - seemingly beautifully designed, clever, innovative, and the coffee it produces is as good as the best I've had in Italy. The problem is, it leaks round the seal, the aluminium discolours and goes grey, you burn your hand on the metal round the handle, and it spills coffee when you pour it.
