Rating: - Disappointing!!!
I bought this product and unfortunately, it did not remove any stains from my carpets.It will freshen up the carpet but that is all. It did manage though to clean one stain out of a rug. I did not try it on hard floors but have used the product though, which is great!!!
I would recommand it if you want to regularly clean your carpets which have no stains, otherwise don't bother.
I am disappointed because I bought this product according to all these positive reviews!

Rating: - Does what it says on the tin - 'Quickwash' & 'Small areas'
Overall great for rugs and general use. Easy assemble + lightweight. NB:bottles of rug & hard floor cleaner in box so don't order extra (yet). Great results after 1st use, good suction so quick drying. Tank easy to wash out, capacity OK, just don't expect to do the whole room in 1 tankfull. WATCH: drips if left standing. Not tried on tiled floor yet so will add review later.

OMG - what a fantastic purchase! My Bissell Quickwash just arrived and I couldn't wait to try it out. We have a lounge carpet that is well past it. It hasn't been professionally cleaned in like 10 years (I hated the inconvenience of having it soaking wet for 3-4 days when someone came in to do it) and despite the scrubbing by hand with every carpet soap on the market, it was constantly in a bad state - never getting clean. Rating: - Great on Hard Floors
I can see why one person said it was next to useless, I thought the same when I first used it on a small carpet, then I got the hang of it, it did the job. Having said that we bought it to keep our Chinese slat floor clean, and it's made it look fantastic, the whole kitchen smells fresh. If you are buying it purely for carpets, I'd really think about maybe spending twice as much and getting a heated one, with a rotating brush. Note - In the box are bottles of formula for carpets and hard floors.

Rating: - Great for carpets, not so great for hard floors
This product arrived at my door today and with relatively easy assembly (all you need is a screw driver for three screws) I was in action--cleaning away at the stains that prompted me to buy the item.

The carpets look amazing! Puppy training took its toll on the carpets in our house and the stain remover we had used seemingly discolored the carpet. Somehow, this little machine pulled out the big stains caused by the previous stain remover--not sure how that worked, but so thrilled!
