As a male I was dubious about this but I have to say it actually works!!! I have been hooping for about 4 months now and I have Abs!!

It's a fun DVD that many people can follow from kids to the older crowd. There are simple steps to follow and believe me when I first started with a hoop I was a disaster. I agree with other reviewers in that this DVD is a fun way to exercise specially if you hate those exercise routines so common place on most of other exercise DVDs. You make up your own routine just by putting together the different exercises you will find in the six segments. The segments are divided in: how to hoop, and then different parts of the body you want to exercise, so don't expect being able to play one routine alone with all exercises included.

Let me just start by saying that I only started hooping a week ago so I'm not an advanced hooper, but I have already started to do some tricks.

At last a fitness DVD that is actually FUN! I really enjoyed this workout.
I haven't picked up a hula hoop in years, and now I can't seem to put one down!!

Once I mastered the basic hooping action it was really easy to follow and I really felt it toning my body. This workout was different from anything I have tried before which was great.It made me feel really good!
