Rating: - Good quick cup to go
Hi, can't understand all the complaints from the other reviews on this product. I think its fab. I get up at 4.30am every morning and it makes me a perfect cup of tea every time. No hassle and no complaints :-)

Rating: - Leave it alone, its good!
Have had mine 2-3 weeks now. Have had no problems making a decent cuppa. In fact with the filter it makes a better cuppa than my kettle used to!
As for the heating side of things it IS hot enough for making tea and coffee as we use both. The only problem is I have changed the filter and de-scaled it as we have very hard water and the red warning light is still flashing!

Rating: - Cannot understand the debunking.
So having had the machine for just about two weeks, decided to add my views and debunk some reviews who've condemned it without even having used it.

So far I have made Tea with bags; Tea with leaves; Instant coffee and ground coffee. So my review is confined to these items only. The concept of this quick is brilliant and perfect for me as a green tea drinker but in reality it is useless!

I bought my first quick cup 2 months ago, it lasted 4 weeks, Amazon quickly sent me another and that lasted 4 days.

I wont be buying a 3rd!

Bought one of these. Within 3 weeks it was faulty, it stopped heating the water. Returned it an got a new one. It lasted about 4 days before I had the same problem. AVOID and stick to a decent kettle!
