Amazon service amazing! I bought this product two days ago and it was delivered this afternoon. I put it together myself as it was so easy. I had avoided Dysons before as they are so expensive even though I had heard good reports about them. I really wish I had bought one earlier now! This machine is just superb. Not as noisy as my month old Vax which I really hated as it blows air at my face. Really easy to manouver. I love it!

Rating: - Innovative and easy to use
I cannot fault the new Dyson. On the older models, they were difficult to steer, heavy and also restrictive when doing under the rims of cupboards, etc. With the DC25, it is possible to go easily round bends, pick up those stray bits beneath the cupboard doors and move easily from room to room. I only have one gripe - where do you store the additional tools?

We've has a dyson for at least 5 years but it recently decided it had had enough and refused to work. With a Springer Spaniel in the house vacuuming is something that we do a lot of (at least once a day) and it can be difficult to pick up the hair from the carpet with some vacuums.

a dyson dc25 was oredered on the 10th Aug..........and im still waiting for delivery, i have sent 4 emails asking for an explanation and im still waiting for a reply, the couriers City Link have been contacted and as far as the depot manager is concerned they have not received my parcel from amazon even the delivery status from amazon reads "order completed"......hopefully i will be contacted by amazon if and when they read this i maybe just get an explanation to the whereabouts of my £260 dyson!! ... I needed a new vauum cleaner and have a springer spaniel who does moult constantly. I also have 4 month old twins so cleaning ability and cleanliness were top of my list of priorities.
