I just got given this programme to help me with my university course and immediatly once installed it gets you to 'train' it, after this there is very little problem learning how to use the programme, I can use it easily in microsoft word, to search the internet, even on msn (have to press send, not sure if there is a command for that) if you lack knowledge on the commands it's easy to find, with the new dialog box when you open and start using it.
