If you loved colonization 1 you will love 2nd one i gave it 5 stars However it may be not every one cup of tea read couple of reviews before you made up your mind and decide if its for you because they should name it Colonization instead of civilization4 colonization as this game is very different to civilization but still love it 5 stars

I'm a great fan of Civ, which I've been playing since Civ2 came out. I've enjoyed Civ4 and all the expansion packs. One of the pleasures of Civ has been that the games have only been released when ready - tested and bug-free. Colonisation is an exception. I've yet to get it to play for more than a couple of turns - it just freezes and crashes. My PC is well above the minimum specs, and CIv4 and all other variants work fine. I wasnt even aware this was coming out until I stumbled on it in Zavvi. So, it was kind of an impulse buy. I loved the orginal which I had for my Commodore Amiga, so an update was an exciting prospect.
Firstly, this installed with absolutely no problem on my machine (as has Red Alert 3 and Fallout 3) and plays a treat.

Game makers should get a conscience and not treat us like criminals. For this reason i have no choice but to give this game 1 star. Such a shame

This game contains the nefarious copy protection SecuROM.
I refuse to be treated as a criminal when I pay for a product. The game is unopened in my shelf, and will not be played.
