Does what it says on the label - I heard a couple of tracks on Radio 3 and just had to buy the whole CD. I like her voice - good top notes, no sign of strain, and clear diction into the bargain. And she has the knack of making even the Mozart tracks, which are pretty well known, sound fresh and new.

mS de Niese has a superb voice without vibrato [not always the case these days ] and the selection is excellent for showing it off.

Nine of the thirteen tracks are from Danielle's debut and second albums `Handel Arias', and `Mozart Album', so whether the handful of new tracks make this album a worthy purchase for those owning Danielle's existing releases is questionable. Personally I would like to have seen it released as a `Best Of With Bonus Tracks'.

Of the new tracks even the Karl Jenkins Excultate Jubilate is not entirely original, it's simply a reworking of one of his popular pieces set to vocals.

Rating: - D for Diva ? - or D for Disappointed ?
Pre-ordered this several weeks ago - imagine my disappointment when it arrived today only to discover that it's largely a compilation of her last 2 albums. Love Danielle De Niese but I was hoping for better than this from her after all the pre-launch hype.
