Nasal breathing has previously been a rarity - colds, hay fever or just blocked sinuses. But since I got the basic kit in the winter I've had few, if any, colds. And now with spring I'm still breathing easily.
I don't use it daily, so the original 30 sachets have only just run out (I've order a replcement 10oz salt tub rather than sachets or diy). But when I do feel the sinuses under pressure, and get a little sniffly, a quick rinse through and I'm fine within an hour or two.
Four stars as UK availability seems very limited and hence fairly high postage via Amazon marketplace.

I have a long term problem with recurrent sinus infections and blocked nose. In the past I've tried nasal saline irrigation of my nose, but the sinucleanse netipot is a trouble-free easy way of irrigating the nose with excellent results. I was hoping sinucleanse would reduce the frequency of my sinus infections. It hasnt done that as yet although I probably haven't given it a long enough trial, but when I do have colds and sinus problems it certainly helps me to breathe much more easily and helps reduce sinus headaches for many hours. I am a medical doctor and have started recommending it to my patients. I would also recommend buying the prepacked sinucleanse packets to avoid the risks of making up salt solutions that are too strong or weak and irritate the nose.

I received my neti pot yesterday. I suffer from non-allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip that makes me cough. After one long bout following a cold in January, I found this on Amazon. Arrived yesterday and I used it 4 times. It's much easier to use than it looks. Each time it stops the rhinitis for about an hour, reduces it considerably for 3-4 hours. That's just the first day. I woke up this morning feeling clear. If you have sinus problems, I'd definitely recommend it.

Wow, what a fantastic product that has made a noticeable difference to the quality of my life. I have suffered from sinus problems for as long as I can remember and have tried everything from decongestants to nasal sprays.
